About the Role

We are seeking a creative and proactive marketing professional to join our Marketing team, based in our Adelaide Head Office.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be part of a close-knit and collaborative team, supporting a range of engaging marketing activities that connect prospects and clients with NCI’s products and services, strengthen our brand presence, and support business growth.

The key responsibilities include:

Create engaging marketing collateral, including templates, promotional materials and sales tools.
Maintain and update NCI’s website and intranet content to ensure information is accurate, current and relevant.
Coordinate social media content and scheduling, with guidance from the Head of Marketing.
Refine, review and build our digital marketing offering to increase lead generation.
Record, edit and prepare video content for use across social media and other marketing channels.
Support the delivery of email marketing campaigns through MailChimp.
Coordinate and monitor external advertising activities as required.

This is a permanent, full-time position working 37.5 hours per week and offers a great opportunity to build a rewarding career with NCI and within the insurance industry.

About You

Our ideal candidate will have:

Previous experience in a marketing coordination, communications or content creation role.
Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
A digital marketing-first outlook when assessing new opportunities.
Confidence managing multiple websites, intranet, and social media content.
Experience with email marketing platforms such as MailChimp.
Strong attention to detail, organisation and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
