As a Trials & Loans Assistant, you will join our Operations team and prepare, maintain, and coordinate assistive technology equipment used by our users. You will work closely with the Loans Coordinator and wider team to ensure devices are ready, functional, and delivered on time to meet customer needs.
This is a hands-on, process-driven role where you will support the day-to-day operations of trials and loans, contributing to the smooth running of a fast-paced function and taking on additional tasks as needed to support team priorities.
Please Note: This is a full-time, onsite role in our Adelaide office, with a preferred immediate start, and a latest start date of July 15, 2026. Working hours are 9am–5pm, with some flexibility to start earlier if required. This role involves light physical tasks, including lifting equipment (up to 10kg).
Maintain display and assessment equipment to a high standard and ready for trial or dispatch by testing, cleaning, resetting, and updating devices.
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and hands-on team member with a genuine interest in helping improve the lives of people with diverse communication needs. This role is well suited to someone who is comfortable with structured, repeatable processes in high pace environment and enjoys delivering consistent, high-quality work with accuracy.
Experience in a similar role, such as equipment handling, logistics, warehouse operations, or technical support
