What You'll Do
As an Outbound Sales Executive, you'll play a key role in driving new business growth by:

Prospecting new business customers through outbound calls, email and SMS.

Following our structured outbound sales cadence and lead management process.

Conducting quality discovery conversations to understand customer needs.

Recommending FleetCard solutions that deliver value to customers.

Building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

Managing opportunities through Salesforce and ensuring every lead has a clear next step.

Achieving activity, pipeline and revenue targets.

Delivering an exceptional customer experience from first contact through to post-sale support.

Working closely with our Credit and Marketing teams to progress applications and maximise opportunities.

Maintaining accurate CRM records and completing administration to a high standard.

Participating in coaching, training and continuous learning to develop your sales capability.

Essential Experience

Experience working in a KPI and target-driven environment.

Experience working in either a sales or customer service environment.

Experience working across multiple systems while delivering excellent customer service.

A genuine desire to build a successful career in sales.
Desirable Experience

B2B sales experience.

Experience using Salesforce or another CRM.

Experience in outbound sales, telesales or business development.

Experience within financial services, fleet management or SaaS.

Experience managing both inbound and outbound leads.
