Working with clients across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, you'll manage an existing portfolio of business clients while identifying opportunities to grow relationships through Corpay's market-leading foreign exchange and international payment solutions. Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) is essential for success in this role.

As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing an existing portfolio of clients, identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Working closely with your manager and the wider FX Sales team, you'll develop strategies to increase repeat business, strengthen client relationships, and support businesses with their international payment and foreign exchange requirements.

Manage an existing portfolio of business clients to drive revenue growth and long-term client relationships.

Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell Corpay's foreign exchange and international payment solutions.

Develop strategies with management to increase repeat business and client engagement.

Build trusted relationships with clients through proactive account management and regular communication.

Convert inbound and outbound sales opportunities into active customers.

Understand client needs and recommend tailored FX and payment solutions.

Maintain accurate client records, sales activity, and pipeline management within the CRM system.

Identify and develop opportunities with high-value clients and key accounts.

Support sales and marketing initiatives to generate new business.

Monitor pipeline activity and sales performance to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

Deliver outstanding customer service while maintaining long-term client satisfaction.
To be successful in this role, you will have:

Fluency in both English and Mandarin (written and spoken) – essential.

Previous experience in Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Client Relationship Management.

A passion for building strong client relationships and delivering commercial outcomes.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Confidence engaging with business owners, Directors, CFOs, and other senior decision-makers.

Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is advantageous but not essential).

Knowledge of foreign exchange, international payments, or financial markets is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.
