Full Job Description

About the role:

UGL is seeking an experienced E&I Supervisor to join the team on an ongoing 2:2 Roster. This position will be based in Dongara, WA. Point of hire is Perth, WA.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and Lead: Directly manage and lead a team of E&I Technicians and Electricians to ensure seamless coordination and collaboration in executing project tasks.
Safety Compliance: Enforce and promote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all electrical and instrumentation activities adhere to industry safety standards and company policies.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to ensure the quality of work meets project standards and specifications.
Schedule Management: Develop and maintain a comprehensive schedule for Electrical activities, coordinating with other disciplines to optimize project timelines.
Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, equipment, and materials to meet project requirements and deadlines.
Communication: Foster effective communication within the team and collaborate with other discipline supervisors and project managers to address challenges and ensure smooth project progression.
Problem Solving: Proactively identify and resolve issues related to activities, providing innovative solutions to overcome obstacles.
Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of HV activities, including daily reports, progress reports, and any required project documentation.
2:2 roster
12-hour days (per full shift worked)

About you:

Proven experience as a E&I Supervisor within LNG / Oil & Gas environments
Strong hands-on experience with E&I Planning & Execution (mandatory)
Working knowledge of JDE and CMMS-based job planning systems (highly desirable)
Strong Excel capability and high computer literacy (Power BI and web-based tools advantageous)
Ability to work independently while engaging effectively with client representatives
Strong commitment to safety, quality, and procedural discipline
