Delaware North Australia is hiring a full-time VIP Coordinator to join their team at Mindil Beach Casino Resort in Darwin. As a VIP Coordinator, you will be vital in managing the Lucky North VIP Gaming Rooms and delivering top-notch service to our gaming members and guests, ensuring a positive experience. What will you do?

Build and maintain relationships with Lucky North VIP gaming members
Use initiative to assist with guest requests and resolve issues
Handle cash transactions with precision and accuracy
Host events as directed by the Lucky North VIP Managers
Promote the Lucky North VIP Gaming Rooms brand and member benefits

More about you

Hold a Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
Hold a Responsible Service of Gambling certificate
Hold a Casino Operative’s Licence or be willing to apply
Experience organising payouts for winnings on various gaming platforms
Exceptional guest service experience with a high level of communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work across a 7-day roster including evenings/nights, weekends and public holidays
