Oversee and support the delivery of corporate hospitality operations, ensuring seamless execution across premium suites, member spaces, and corporate events

Lead service delivery across corporate hospitality areas, maintaining high standards and creating exceptional guest experiences

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to enhance guest satisfaction, drive commercial outcomes, and strengthen Marvel Stadium's premium hospitality offering

Uphold the highest customer service standards, ensuring all operations are delivered in line with established procedures and brand expectations

Support day-to-day venue operations during peak periods, working closely with leadership teams to ensure the successful delivery of events and corporate hospitality experiences

Proven leadership experience in a corporate environment

Ability to mentor, train, and develop a team of hospitality professionals

Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service, adaptability in fast-paced environments, and a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests

Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as event schedules dictate
