Your Next Role
We're looking for an Administration officer to join the team in a varied role where no two days are exactly the same. You'll review member information, assess refund eligibility and process requests accurately, ensuring every case is handled with care and attention to detail.
Working across multiple systems, you'll play an important role in keeping records up to date and supporting a high standard of service for members. While the role is predominantly administration-focused, you'll also assist members with occasional phone enquiries.
If you enjoy structured work, take pride in accuracy and are adaptable to changing priorities, this could be the perfect opportunity.

What You'll Do

Review member information and assess refund eligibility
Process member requests accurately while maintaining detailed records
Work across multiple systems, including Microsoft Excel
Respond to occasional member enquiries via phone
Ensure all work is completed in line with company procedures and quality standards
Collaborate with colleagues to support the day-to-day operations of the team
Manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy

What You'll Need

Previous administration experience in a fast-paced environment
Confidence using multiple computer systems and Microsoft Excel
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
Excellent written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
A proactive, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new systems
The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
