In-Demand Assistant vice Jobs

The Montmorency Football Netball Club is accepting applications from suitably qualified applicants for multiple senior women’s coaching roles in 2025.

Montmorency is seeking applications for the following roles:

– Division 1 senior women’s coach
– Development women’s coach
– Assistant coaches

The Montmorency Senior Women’s team commenced in 2012 initially with the VWFL and now currently playing in the Northern Football Netball League.

The club currently has two women’s sides.

In 2023, the Division 1 side were successful in winning the Grand Final and the Development side also played in the finals series.

This season, the Division 1 side finished in fourth place and were eliminated in the first round. The development side have finished on the bottom of the ladder and we are seeking to further develop the side.

The successful applicants will need to have the necessary coaching qualifications (the right applicant will be supported in obtaining the qualifications) and will be supported in developing their skills.

Our program caters for players who wish to excel in the game and also for those who just want to enjoy the game and have fun.

The preferred candidates would ideally display the following attributes:

– The ability to lead, develop and manage the program
– Create an environment that is challenging, enjoyable and inclusive.
