We are seeking a problem solving and customer focused IT Support professional with at least 3 years’ experience within a technical support or help desk role to join our onsite IT team. This role will see you provide comprehensive technical support and maintenance for all IT systems and infrastructure across a cluster of 5 hotels and campground, ensuring seamless operations and optimal guest experiences through reliable technology.

Key Duties

Manage and maintain IT systems across all properties, including Microsoft Office products and cloud-hosted SaaS solutions.
Respond to and resolve technical issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel and campground operations.
Implement, upgrade, and troubleshoot software and hardware as needed.
Provide training and support to staff on various IT systems and tools.
Assist in maintaining communication infrastructure between the remote site and headquarters

Skills:

Ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, application, and infrastructure issues across Windows environments and hospitality technology systems.
Solid understanding of networking principles, cloud-based SaaS applications, Microsoft 365, Azure, and remote IT environments.
Strong customer focus with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical users while delivering a high standard of support.
Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritise issues, identify root causes, and improve processes through automation using tools such as PowerShell or Python.

Full time Position Available| $80,000 per annum (plus superannuation)
