The Role

As an Accounts Receivable Officer, you will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day accounts receivable function, ensuring accurate billing, payment processing, reconciliations, and customer account management.

Working within a collaborative finance team, you will support the business by maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with collections activities, and providing high-quality service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

Preparing and processing customer invoices accurately and on time
Applying incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
Supporting collections activities and following up overdue accounts
Maintaining accurate customer master data and billing records
Assisting with bank reconciliations and audit support activities
Responding to customer and stakeholder queries in a timely manner
Supporting continuous improvement across AR processes and systems

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute to a high-performing finance team. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working collaboratively with stakeholders, and take pride in delivering accurate and efficient outcomes.

In addition, you will have:

Previous experience within Accounts Receivable, Billing, or Finance Administration
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
The ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Experience using finance or ERP systems will be highly regarded
