The Role
As a Sales Development Manager, you will support our New Homes Consultants through ‘on the job’ training by working alongside them in displays homes and leading sales appointments with customers.
This role is predominantly field based, with availability required on weekends and outside of normal working hours.
You will primarily be responsible to:
- Coach and mentor our NHCs to achieve high performance and work closely with the team to review/set goals and sales targets
- Consistently enhance and contribute to a supportive high-performance team culture that aligns with the ABN Group’s value, vision, purpose and SCA
- Manage the recruitment, induction and onboarding of New Homes Consultants
- Conduct one-to-one meetings with NHCs to review pipeline, track enquiry and identify areas of opportunity
- Support and foster relationships with external stakeholders including developers and land agents
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Proven successful sales experience in the WA residential building industry
- Mentoring and training capability to nurture and upskill employees
- Ability to effectively instil trust and deliver exceptional customer service to all key stakeholders
- Ability to measure KPIs and provide open and constructive feedback
- Demonstrated experience to implement initiatives to drive high performance
- Time management skills and able to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
