About the Role

Reporting to the Chief of Service Delivery & Operations, you will lead high-volume recruitment across operational positions while helping shape workforce growth across the organisation. This role combines hands-on recruitment delivery with workforce planning and continuous improvement initiatives.

You Will:

Lead full recruitment campaigns from sourcing through to onboarding.
Partner with operational leaders to meet workforce requirements.
Drive positive candidate experiences throughout the hiring journey.
Manage recruitment pipelines across multiple vacancies and locations.
Create and optimise SEEK advertisements and sourcing campaigns.
Assess candidate suitability and conduct employment offers based on operational requirements.
Maintain accurate recruitment records and compliance documentation.

Skills & Experience

Experience managing end-to-end recruitment in high-volume environments.
Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capability.
Experience building recruitment campaigns and talent pipelines.
Disability, community services, healthcare, or similar recruitment experience.
Experience using Employment Hero ATS, or similar systems
