About the Role
The Talent Management & Program Specialist will partner with the Head of the Leadership Academy to design, deliver and continuously improve A&G’s high-potential talent pipeline. You’ll own the end-to-end recruitment strategy, candidate experience, onboarding, cohort management and delivery for our flagship Leadership Academy programs. Your work will bridge talent acquisition, learning & development, and HR business partnering, ensuring that we attract, develop and retain the future leaders our business needs while up-holding A&G’s high-performance, high-integrity culture.
What You’ll Do
-
Develop and own the talent-acquisition strategy for core Leadership Academy program, working closely with HR Business Partners, Recruiters and business leaders to source and assess high-potential candidates.
-
Manage the full candidate lifecycle – from attraction, screening and selection through to onboarding, induction and ongoing participant support.
-
Analyse recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, candidate quality, program conversion) and present insights to senior leaders to drive continuous improvement.
-
Coordinate program delivery – schedule participants, facilitators and stakeholders; oversee logistics, resources and communications for each cohort.
-
Design and run onboarding/induction experiences that set participants up for success and reinforce the Leadership Academy brand.
-
Maintain cohort health – monitor engagement, address issues promptly and report on participation and learning outcomes.
-
Create and maintain performance frameworks for program participants, aligned with A&G’s broader employee-experience goals.
-
Lead post-program placement activities, matching graduates to business needs and ensuring ongoing alumni support.
-
Plan and execute multiple concurrent projects – new cohort launches, program refreshes and stakeholder initiatives – delivering on-time and on-budget.
-
Document processes and build playbooks to ensure consistency, scalability and knowledge transfer across the Academy.
-
Provide regular updates to HR leadership on program performance, value and impact, and champion the Academy’s contribution to the business.
-
Uphold A&G’s risk-management framework as a Line 1 owner, identifying, mitigating and resolving any risks or issues arising within your remit.

5+ years’ experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, business partnering or people/learning functions.
