About The Role
As a Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with an allocated portfolio of healthcare customers and collection centres. Working closely with operational and commercial teams, you'll help identify opportunities for growth, support customer needs and strengthen existing partnerships.
Key responsibilities:

Build and nurture strong relationships with healthcare practices and key stakeholders across your portfolio.

Become a trusted point of contact, providing responsive support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Identify opportunities to strengthen partnerships and support sustainable business growth.

Support the onboarding of new practices and collection centre opportunities.

Assist with collection centre lease renewals, relocations and site changes, working closely with internal teams and external partners.

Collaborate with Regional Managers, Operations and other stakeholders to deliver positive customer outcomes and new site initiatives.

Monitor portfolio performance, maintain accurate records and contribute ideas for improvement and growth.

Ensure all activities are conducted professionally and in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a natural relationship builder who enjoys connecting with people and developing long-term partnerships. Our ideal candidate will have experience in account management, customer success, sales support or a similar client relationship-focused role and bring a professional and commercially aware approach to the role.
Qualifications and Experience

Experience in relationship management, account management, sales coordination or similar client-facing commercial roles.

Exposure to healthcare, medical or allied health environments will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
