Work Type: Full time

Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days work from home)

We are searching for a talented Paid Media Manager to join our team. You’ll primarily focus on implementing and optimising paid media strategies for an exciting portfolio that includes some of Australia’s leading eCommerce retailers.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, preferably in an agency, with passion and a knack for Paid Media. You’ll collaborate with clients to craft tailored strategies, manage budgets, and make sure agency/client expectations are aligned. Proficiency in data analytics, creative ad copywriting, and multi-platform paid campaigns is essential. You’ll execute and refine campaigns, share insights, and lead junior team members. If you’re proactive, adaptable, and eager to tackle challenges and foster growth, this is the role for you!

Your Responsibilities

Work in close collaboration with your clients to create customised paid media strategies
Carefully manage budgets to ensure the best possible results
Work with your clients on an ongoing basis to ensure they are always up to date and agency/client expectations are aligned
Stay up to date on industry and platform developments, sharing your learnings with the team
Execute, manage, iterate, and report on your strategies and campaigns, in conjunction with junior teammates
Lead and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment

Required Skills and Knowledge

Proficiency in data analytics and Excel
Creative ad copywriting abilities
Experience with paid campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok is necessary
Programmatic experience is desirable, but not necessary
Proven experience in implementing digital marketing strategies in an agency environment
High level of attention to detail
Excellent time management and project management skills
Demonstrated leadership skills
A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (regarded but not essential)
