We're looking for a Digital Specialist (Programmatic) to join our team and play a key role in planning, activating and optimising programmatic campaigns across Video, BVOD and Display. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical and excited about working in a fast-paced media environment where innovation, collaboration and growth are encouraged.
Plan, build and launch programmatic campaigns across platforms such as DV360 and The Trade Desk
Work closely with internal teams to ensure campaigns are set up accurately and deliver against client objectives
Monitor campaign performance, pacing and delivery, identifying and resolving any technical or performance issues
Analyse campaign data and implement daily optimisations to improve performance and meet KPIs
Produce campaign reports and translate performance data into clear insights and recommendations
Collaborate with internal teams to contribute to campaign strategy, testing and innovation within programmatic channels
Stay across industry trends, platforms and best practices to help drive strong client outcomes
A naturally curious mindset with a desire to ask questions and uncover insights
Experience or strong interest in programmatic media, digital advertising or ad tech platforms
Strong analytical skills with confidence working with data, dashboards and spreadsheets
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities in a fast-paced environment
A collaborative team player who enjoys solving problems and delivering great work
A degree in business, marketing, advertising, communications or a related field (or equivalent experience)
