Customer Service Consultant – Travel (24/7)

About the Role

Join Allianz Partners as aCustomer Service Consultant within our 24/7 Travel Assistance team, where no two days are the same. In this fast-paced, high-impact role, you’ll support customers when they need us most—delivering timely, accurate, and compassionate assistance across a range of travel-related situations.
You’ll work in a collaborative, digitally enabled environment, using modern systems and tools to deliver efficient, high-quality outcomes while maintaining a strong human touch.

What You’ll Do

Provide end-to-end customer support for travel assistance enquiries in a 24/7 environment
Manage high-volume interactions across calls and digital channels with professionalism and empathy
Assess situations, solve problems, and coordinate appropriate solutions in real time
Accurately document customer interactions using internal systems and workflows
Collaborate with internal teams and global partners to deliver seamless service
Adhere to compliance, regulatory, and quality assurance standards at all times
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and service excellence

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a customer service role (insurance, travel, or emergency services highly regarded)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust quickly
Confident problem-solver with sound judgement and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a dynamic, outcome-driven environment
Comfortable using digital systems and adapting to evolving technologies
Resilience and composure when working under pressure
A genuine passion for helping people when it matters most

24/7 rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
