As a food attendant, a typical shift could consist of doing one of the following:
- serving customers on register and grabbing their food; counting profits at end of shift
- cooking hot chips
- building and wrapping burgers
- filling chip buckets and putting them in the hot slides, as well as pies and sausage rolls
- cleaning the outlet and stock counting occur at the end of every shift for all staff

It is a great environment to work in as all staff are friendly and willing to help out or guide you.  You learn to work in a very fast-paced environment under pressure from the big crowds. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is being apart of hosting major events with a super friendly team.

Haven't been stressed yet. If I have to say something it would be working in all kinds of weather

Brilliant... they make it fun to work for whilst being professional 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Sign on , Staff briefing, go to our positions,  work, sign off and have chocolate!

Catering to event days such as AFL games, International Cricket, Big Bash League, and international soccer and concerts. Teaches a lot about team work and getting along well with colleagues of different background. Importance of giving a great Fans First experience. Management appreciates the work done by throwing a yearly staff party and monthly recognition of fellow staff delivering great customer service

I have work with VenuesLive for  6 months now and enjoy it alot. Every shift is different and am continually learning new things. Decent pay, great staff to work with. You can accept or decline any shifts you wish, no questions ask. Overall a fun place to work!

I enjoy working here. Even tho I only get a few shifts, less with covid, a month I have enjoyed working with there.  I have been having trouble finding full time work so working with venues live helps to keep my skills current. It has been a great opportunity working with them

I've worked with venueslive! For 6 years now they're very professional and care a lot about their staff. Super fast passed and very busy. Hardest part is dealing with angry customers sometimes but team leaders are there to back you up 100%. Go team!!

I really enjoy working at VenuesLive and have already learned so much from previous shift.
I really like that you can work anytime you choose when you want and not rostered in specific of weekly days



Overall very good to work for and you have the choice to take the shift or decline.
Friendly atmosphere and everyone looking out for each other..
Plenty of trains to catch to venue

ot alot of career advancement but the pay is good, especially if on as casual. Hours vary and greatly affected by conditions.
