And if you dont like it, youll be most likely told to catch a bus home, suggest driving to work sites before being trapped.

Arogant Supervisor who dont care about how hard you work, you'll be told to "pick up the pace" when your having a break to hydrate & catch your breath to keep going.

 Equipment is a joke nothing is maintained regularly,  Supervisors expect the impossible possible from you. Wont matter if you've just started. 
Jobs in 2hr time frames you'll be pushed. 
While they push buttons on zero turns

 working in the rain is normal here 
And a lack of respect for hard workers

Nothing it was miserable, it was good at the start then got worse as the years went on 

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Trying to meet deadlines but no help from management and always under staffed

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very toxic, lots of work place bullying and management like to pick on workers to other workers 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Heavily stressed and always under the pump, the operations manager / supervisors and safety officer were the worst people ive ever met

Only go there if you're desperate. They will employ you as a casual without meeting you. Call you up for to attend an induction day and away you go. Thrown into a high stress, fast paced, very low worker morale environment. Management expect you to work like a dog for very little in return. 

Employee turnover rate is VERY high. 

You will only climb the ladder in this company if someone dies. Nil career progression or career opportunities.

Management and how they operate 

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very repeated and none organised 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Over preformed and the team does no work while your out working just sits on the mower all day on his phone and act like he is working does the same area about 5 times over instead of the once or twice

Great opportunity for advancement  within the industry. Willing to give you a career in the industry. You will get great equipment and vehicles that you take home and take care of, so no one will be using them but you show you have a good  work ethics  and you will go far. 


Skyline is a great company to work for and the work is amazing to do gardening is always a fun time, love working for Skyline and love gardening learn something new every day with Skyline.

Poor maintenance regime and lack of urgency to repair vehicles.
Lack of communication and no leadership from the management team.
Bury your head in the sand and hope the the problem goes away from supervisors to operations manager.

The interview was pretty good but as soon as you get out to start the job management is nonexistent supervisor are only there to get paid not to actually look after workers them promising you full-time there is all lies 

After the initial interview process was really looking forward to starting. That all changed after my first day. Is amazing the amount of utter lies I was told by managment. Not a single thing I had been promised actually happened. No stable hours day after day with no work just a bunch of utter liars playing with peoples lives 

If you're happy with casual work and irregular shifts it's probably the job for you. Over the summer period and Xmas holidays there's a lot of work available. It depends on the job site your allocated to, can be all day whipping, mowing etc
