Reception for over 100 centre based clients and VO clients alike and operating a switch.

Answering product and service questions, suggesting information about other products and services.
Maintaining and updating customer records and accounts by recording account information.
Maintains customer records, and accounts with both the routine and confidential information.
Maintaining  financial accounts by processing customer invoices, credits and payments
Viewing the age trial balance daily and contacting clients regarding outstanding invoices.
Allocating deposits made to the appropriate invoices and requesting remittances when needed.
Administration tasks such as filing, scanning, photocopying, Binding and Handling outgoing and incoming mail daily.
Setting up meeting rooms for standard and customized functions.
Ordering Catering, IT equipment, & stationary.
Closing off end of month running reports, on charging clients for good & services provided.
Creating purchase orders and coding invoices.
Resolving product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem and resolving.
Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
General maintenance and upkeep of all areas in the centre.
Working with in a team in an effort to provide efficient and flowing services to all clients.


Honestly one of the worst companies I have ever worked for, so disorganised, no structured training and awful management who all tell you different things and who also threaten you with things. Pay is not worth the daily stress you are under. Regus also do not offer references which I thought was disgusting. Not a transparent company.

This job was one in which the management bullies their workers, you are underpaid and the constant threat that you are replaceable. You are required to do more than your job role to an extent of risking your health and safety. The only enjoyable thing about this job is the interactions with the clients.

Good entry-level roles but leave if you find something else. Pay is ridiculously low for such versatile positions and can be frustrating at times with minimum support from management.

Company that values long term employees but does have quite a high turnover
Great career advancement if you put the work in, don't expect to be babied.
Pay could be better but they do usually come through on bonuses.
Management in Australia has definitely seen improvement over the last year.

Regus is a fast paced work environment with opportunity to progress. Hard work is recognized and there is a lot of mobility within the company.
Sales and customer service targets are expected to be met at all times.

The office was experiencing a lot of teething difficulties during my time. This was met by a lack of engagement from the company which led to an unsatisfactory experience for clients as the staff struggled to bring them the expected service

the hardest part of my job is the long hours i work,i worked for my nvq in cleaning which i got.meeting new clients is great and getting to know them.

High people turnover, young team with a new CEO on board probably a good option for a first time employee
