Ready Steady Go Kids

Ready Steady Go Kids is a growing children's sports company with passionate franchisees. As a coach, your role is to teach children (aged 2.5-6 years old) various sports in a program that roatates every 10 weeks. Typical days will include arriving at a location and setting up, teach several classes the nominated sport of the week, and then packing up. This role requires you to communicate with parents, franchisees, fellow coaches and most importantly, young children, in a patient and polite manner. Fun-loving attitude, comfort working with children, and interest in sport are essential to being successful at this job.

Being able to coach and work with kids are two things I love. The environment is unbelievably welcoming and overwhelming. I learnt new skills quickly and easily from the help of my employer, it's easily run and easy to adapt too. The hardest thing would be learning how to set things up quickly and smartly, seeing not only yourself but the kids also improve is a great achievement

I would highly recommend this Job to anyone, such a good culture and its extremely rewarding working with the kids. The people you work with will always be amazing because everyone who works here absolutely loves what they do.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Nothing really stressful. Just manager / person I worked alongside was rude and unprofessional

Whist working at Ready, Steady, Go Kids I have and extremely fun and uplifting experience. The children I worked with were a pleasure to tech sports to.

My boss and other team members we also very awesome to work with. They all knew how to work as one.

The work was high energy and some days draining but the reward was worth the energy required. The job was easy if you cared and it allowed people to work like they were their own boss.

I thoroughly enjoy my job as a Sports Instructor as I love working with children. However the hours are not enough to sustain any sort of lifestyle including finding private rental accomodation as a single mother

Teaching children to play a wide range of different sports is fun and a great learning experience the other staff are ver friendly to everyone I learnt how to instruct children to play sports in a fun way

Learn how to time manage, how to deal with high intensity situations.
Hardest part of the job would be kids who have no self control.

this job is very draining for people with mental health issue because you have to be constantly excited for the kids. very draining and I dont believe I get paid enough for my efforts
