Although I've worked with this company for 10 years and I have had many different roles over the years, things are just not the same anymore - it hasn't been for the last two year. 

Here are just some of the reasons: 

- Communication is poor from higher management and even my direct team leader
- My goals were not supported. 
- I prepared for my end of year review and found out that everything had been pre-determined for me so I did not get a chance to fight/negotiate for what I deserved. 
- A raise does not exist unless it's on their term
- RTM = Real Time Management aka the worst micro-managing tool that you could be exposed to.

A typical day at work would be to look after Financial Advisers' requirements for their gearing clients , administering gearing requests , attending to reconciliation tasks for System Analysts, Product Team  and Finance .

To use my attention to details skill to solve complex issues, thus avoiding  the problems to escalate to complaints level .

Management is made up of very friendly people .

Co-workers  have good team work spirit 

The hardest part of the job is system complexities that render some task very difficult 

The most enjoyable part of the job is job satisfaction after solving a complex issue

Its been such a great pleasure working for NAB Wealth. I would be completing my 3 years with NAB in March and in the last 3 years there hasn' t been single day when I thought of not going to work because I did not feel like it.

my typical day started with greeting and meeting children and parents on their arrival. then moved on to providing different kind of activities for the children, serving them snacks and lunches, writing about their daily activities while working in a team to provide children with friendly and safe environment to grow.

I have been with MLC for 23 years and have only had to leave due to family circumstances. 
A company who cares 100% for the employee and their wellbeing.
I had two children and was able to work flexible hours raising them and was able to work from home.

I've  learned lots of things to these companies that I worked with.  When I joined the company previous team leaders were very supportive  but later on team leaders/managers changed. They are not as supportive as previous leaders.

KPI includes not questioning management  - enough said.  Very top heavy structure with no opportunity to do anything other than follow process.  Staff are a disposable commodity.

Staff friendly, management fair, I worked in a fast paced department, had help when I asked. I also helped when I was needed. It’s important to have a family feel at work when working 8/9 hrs a day. MLC family has a great support system.

Good company but after over 13 years I need a change. Working environment is great and fun people with flexible hours. Location is a plus as easy to get to which is a bonus.

No assigned desk for the whole duration I was there and senior management are confused on what to action and how to proceed a project or task before delegating. They have no awareness on what others can and can’t do
