Maple Community Services is far from your average company. Starting from the top, each and every individual that is associated with Maple have genuine intentions when it comes to supporting individuals in need. Staff go above and beyond to ensure that each participant is matched with the correct support staff so as to cultivate a good developmental relationship. Support staff themselves are carefully selected by a very particular HR team that strive to ensure that only individuals that are qualified, genuine and want to make a difference; are representing Maple on the field. The management team behind the support staff are also hired based off the same values. 

The culture is second to none. Emphasising on self development, professionalism and cohesiveness; in all my years of professional work experience, I am yet to find a more beneficial environment. This coupled with executive staff members that are readily available to mentor and coach younger staff members, produces proficient staff members that are competent and self sufficient.

Ive been a member of the Maple Community Service for almost a year and it has been the best work I’ve done. I don’t even classify it as a job as I enjoy working with clients everyday. We try to provide a happy, comfortable and safe environment for all the clients. We are scheduled in a manner that is most appropriate to the clients to assure they receive care that is personalised for them. The support given to the clients is shown by the level of effort, care, attentiveness and time given by everyone in this service. Within this community everyone works together to achieve their goals. We classify ourselves as a family due to the bond created between all the support workers and clients. Working in this service allowed me to perceive the world in a different way. It has enhanced my knowledge and experiences around the disability sector in a positive way. It is a service that I highly recommend for both participants and support workers. 

Maple Community Services is a progressive service provider within the disability industry! Whilst the organisation is still quite new, I have been blow away by their swift and rapid growth within the Australian Market to date; a sentiment to the hard word, dedication, passion, and leadership displayed by the workforce team. 

There is a strong emphasis within the workplace itself on positive relationship building, collaboration, education, and culture, with administrative and field staff alike continually provided with opportunities for education and upskilling. 

Underpinned by strong values, just morality, and sound operational frameworks; Maple values each and every individual within their workforce family - something that is very evident once encompassed within the organisation. 

I started working with Maple Community Services since July 2020 and I enjoyed every moment working for Maple. The management is extremely wonderful in ensuring the clients receive the quality support as expected and that the workers are well paid to deliver that productive service. Maple community Services is more professional in creating a great teamwork  for which every support worker work in  harmony and cooperation.  It creates an environment of work life balance that enhances professionalism and passion. I have recommended a couple of support workers to look out for job advertisement from Maple so they too will experience the amazing work environment with Maple                 

From the moment I was contacted by the Maple HR team to come into their office for a formal interview and even til now, I have felt very comfortable. As we all know, going for a job interview isn’t a stress free feeling, though at Maple they make the experience very stress free. The whole Maple management staff are professional, highly qualified, very friendly and eager to help you with any situation you are in or if you have any questions that you need answered. A very professional and friendly environment. The company allows and encourages you to create a work life balance so that your life doesnt ever feel burdened by work. Have already been recommending to alot of friends to apply as soon as possible. 

I have worked for Maple Community Servies for 2 years and I absolutely loved working with the participants. The company as a whole provides a positive work environment and you never feel like a burden when having to contact them. Not every day is the same and having a flexible working schedule allows me to be able to still do things I enjoy but also allows for a steady income. I would recommend working for maple and a support worker to anyone who wants to help people and become a positive role model in someone’s life.

Working at Maple has been highly rewarding. At Maple, I have been welcomed by a friendly and collaborative team, all of whom have made me feel like I am a part of a work family. We have so many resources available for upskilling and services for management staff to cater to our personal needs, so I have been very well looked after! I began working with Maple Community Services in July 2020 and I have thoroughly liked every minute of it. The Maple management team has been outstanding and helpful for all support workers. Maple is the place where I gained most of my experience from. The community services prompt and allow all members of the organisation to have a work-life balance so that the individual's life will not feel burdened.


Maple Community Services has a workplace environment so toxic it has led to multiple staff resigning. All staff are hired as contractors and management will not hesitate to remove all shifts at any moments notice with no justification, there is no job security within the company. the Team Leaders frequently gossip about staff and shifts are offered based on favouritism.
