What is the best part of working at the company?
Literally nothing. This Company is the worst I've ever worked for! Very bad management and worst micro management. I would rather scrub toilets than ever work there again!

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Terrible management and daily brain wash meetings about how much money you should get into the bank!

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Terrible work environment. Everybody was stressed due to an enormous amount of pressure and micro management.

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
Starts daily with a 1 hour brain wash meeting about how much money you should get into the company's bank!
Then dealing with clients all day that don't want to work.

The culture, passion and drive of the Aimbig Employment Team is why I love working for Aimbig Employment. Being a dynamic, agile and innovative company that lives and breathes the values had allowed us to achieve phenomenal results. I am extremely proud of Aimbig Employment’s achievements and growth since starting the Disability Employment Services contract and it’s been amazing to be a part of this incredible journey. 

Everyday starts with a teams meeting usually 5 minutes earlier than scheduled 
KPI’s are the highest I’ve ever heard of for Disability Employment 
Some HR employees are good but others are horrible and terribly unprofessional 
Having the potential to heavily affect the mental health of employees. 
Some managers lie and are under trained and lack the general knowledge required to remain compliant, others are good but unfortunately the bad out weighs the good. Equal opportunity is none existent within the northern NSW region as nepotism is rampant amongst this team. 

Absolutely disgusting place to work.  
As others have said,  no training, no support.  
Higher management have no idea what they're doing.  
They offer little to no support to staff or clients. 
Discriminatory towards staff with disabilities (figure that) 
Appalling conduct
No training programs or L & D 
No clients (which is obvious why are working there) 
Impersonal
Disrespectful 
Neglectful
They are very quick to throw people under the bus for their own short comings as a business.  

I truly hope they continue to lose contracts. 

Great company to work for! The business is non-traditional in that it encourages out-of-the-box thinking to solve major problems. It's refreshing to work for a Disability Employment Provider that embraces the magnitude of what we've been tasked to accomplish and is prepared to invest to that effect. Not your typical agency!
Super-supportive management, participant-centric philosophy and a true one-team culture.

Being at AimBig Employment for just a few short months I can honestly say I feel like part of the team. Very welcomed and supported in my journey here. I feel this role has been very rewarding and let’s me give back by assisting people to find their own potential and help guide them into sustainable employment. 

There is no training or support. Thier tactics with clients are not ethical and they have been through a royal commission for how they mistreat thier clients. 
The only reason they win business awards is because the forced all employees to fill out the surveys as part of thier job duties. 
Management fro. The very top bully down and that culture continues through out every aspect of your role. 

I believe the biggest issue was the expectation to develop the business whilst working only 2 days per week totally unsupported by immediate Manager. I was given encouragement by all of the team, who didn’t make the decisions needed to create a successful caseload. It would have been useful if the GM followed through with his promise of referral s

This place is they worst provider they talk about clients and make fun they care only about the claims and management doesn’t know what there doing. No proper hand over when you knew the work they find you  as threat that need to eliminate immediately, dynasty is a must with this provider they get rid of you without explanation and no one is aware from management why and how a staff get terminated

Overall I won’t recommend this company. 
They only see their staff as numbers. They are asking too much to stay back after shift just to get their money.
