Any given day in this role would include meeting with cross functional teams eg IT to design the service instance of Salesforce for internal use. Or discussing functional specs with offshore dev teams. My co workers play a big part as we are very close. We all know when to have a laugh and when work needs to be done. The most enjoyable part of this role is the diversity of the job and seeing something from concept through to design and implementation.

I worked as a contractor for ADP and honestly don't have too many complaints about the company itself. was in the process of being hired on as full time employee when the company decided to close down all their west coast operations and consolidate them in Tempe AZ. The company itself is good, always treated me fair as a contractor when it came to time off. my only complaints come from being a contractor but as that is out of the companies control i have no complaints.

Had the best manager of the L&D Team. Can not speak highly enough of the management support.
Loved the travel and the ability to redesign training material and techniques within the company. Loved working with the clients in the classroom, onsite and by phone. Loved the internet training. Business analysis and functional consulting was enriching. Felt supported all the way.
Management listened and reacted accordingly to client requirements.

It used to be a fun place with work / life balance. With a change in management. Everything has changed and a lot of jobs moving off shore. Slowly the work culture which used to be fun has started changing. People are pressured to work long hours. The most enjoyable part of the job is going with your mates for a walk during your lunch break and having a laugh outside.

never a dull day - different job everyday. A typical day was asbestos removal from houses-shops ect walls.the most enjoyable part of the job was seeing the finished project. the hardest part of the job was wearing the asbestos suits on hot days

co-workers were an exceptional part of our team, making the working day a pleasant environment supporting each other and providing assistance when required.
Very high volume of incoming phone calls to field and resolve which resulted in delays during busy periods

The worst part of the job is the industry. Oversaturated, tough sale, race to the bottom. 

Other than that, there is a lot of potential to make money, build your book of business, develop many sales, partnership, and networking skills. 

Top class training as well.

The job at ADP is full on.  Extremely busy.  Clients are added onto your list for as long as they can see you are doing a great job.  Its just too much!  Training is very good though.  Salary is very competitive.
