The Smith Family

I enjoyed the leadership I was given during this program and I achieved great personal satisfaction from helping children with their school or personal problems. 

During the program, volunteers developed solid relationships with the children and this allowed us to mentor the children with the problems they were facing.

The Smith Family is a not-for-profit independent children's charity who clearly believe in helping kids from disadvantaged families to focus on their education, leading to a better future for themselves.

In this organisation, I have done lot of learning in so many ways, and with great team and nice culture. Nice place to work. Good employee focus. Work environment is still ahead of the crowd.

my job was to watch over the kids in one of three groups
well we did have people above us. the volunteers were mostly self-managed. the hardest part of the job was learning not to rely too much on the other volunteers for time-management.

Typical day included a lot of work, but fun talking to other reps and meeting with clients both internal and external. Leave is easy to take.

I learned all about being able to help others and it was fun meeting the families we were working with

in last 10 years I enjoyed each and every minute I spent in Smith Family. Very good work culture. very good and cooperative management. always give you opportunistic to grow. Plenty of opportunity to lean new skills and top of all it's great feeling working in a charitable organisation.

Working for the Smith Family has been Great! I work in Schools facilitating programs in Primary and High Schools. Management has been very supportive and Staff great to work with during my time with them.

All staff at my Office are very inclusive and behave pleasantly to each other , even when we are having busy work periods during the day. They always ask how you are and are willing to assist where they can.

Work for the disadvantage children who deserve a better future is worthwhile.I am gaining work experience while serving the community without any discrimination.

Very tough but rewarding work. The employees of the Smith Family work tirelessly to ensure underprivileged children receive a better education, potentially setting them up to achieve great things

I thoroughly enjoyed my 8 month stint which was satisfying and memorable due to exciting projects, team members, seniors and business team. 

The work life balance it offered was additional benefit
