During my time at BGIS, I worked closely with the HR team to analyse and interpret internal data. My team were extremely friendly and made me feel right at home from the beginning. It was a pleasure to work in such a friendly environment and I was able to express myself personally as well as professionally.
On a day to day basis I received data from the payroll team such as employee details. It was my job to determine patterns in employee practices and summarize this data to present to upper management.

I learned a great deal about employee behaviors through data analysis and was able to improve employee workflow and treatment by recognizing imperfections and brainstorming solutions to management.

I reported to a number of managers, all of which were very open minded and patient. I was very impressed with their people skills as well as their ability to deliver employee requests.

It was a greatly diversified working environment with employees from all over the world. All aspects of these cultures were greatly respected and celebrated which added to the productivity.

The hardest part of the job was saying goodbye to my team when my time in Australia was over. It was by far the greatest working environment I've ever had the pleasure of working for.

My manager and colleagues are very supportive in my work. There has never been an issue in our working together. Everyone one is flexible and caring. They are able to assist any way they can, as long as it does not impact largely on our day to day work. 

My typical day will involve handling with a lot of requests from a diversity of people, which can sometimes be very stressful. But with the help of my colleagues I am able to easily manage any difficulties that come my way. 

The hardest part is getting through a quiet period, which I enjoy because the staff at my office are very friendly. They are always telling me their stories about their work and how they live their life. I find every aspect of customer servicing very challenging and interesting. This is what motivates me to work, because I am surrounded by wonderful people. 

Brookfield Johnson Controls is a company that provides services in Real Estate Management. I am honored to have been able to work in such a great company. Their ongoing support in assisting my career development has been a rough road, but they have done a great job trying to look after me as best they can. I appreciate all the wonderful people I have been able to collaborate with and those that have assisted me along my pathway.

The company is run by amateurs, management are rude and arrogant. You are expected to be a data entry person , estimator , scheduler and last of all a technician. 
They implement new systems with no training and expect you to carry out day to day work using them , and when things go wrong they blame the technicians .
There is a culture with some management of bullying , and when this is raised they will sweep it under the carpet , and as a result you have a huge target on your back form then on till you can’t take anymore and leave . There are some managers that have numerous claims raised against them and to this day are still treating personnel with contempt .
They promise the world as far as training goes but deliver nothing . 
If you raise any issues it’s treated like a mirror , we will look into it . But nothing will come from it .

Get ready to be overworked, underpaid or not paid at all unless you follow it up for 5 months. Still haven’t been paid properly and I’ve left the company months ago. Wouldn’t recommend because everyone in management has the biggest ego issue.  They have over 150 ish clients and be prepared to know ALL the procedures and get to get micromanaged whenever you get something wrong. Pay is also monthly and they pay 2 weeks in arrears which means any overtime or incorrect pay will be paid the NEXT month. Payroll doesn’t answer phones but not their fault cuz this company loves saving money and won’t hire enough people no matter how many clients they get. Also you will see staff turnover happen every 2 weeks which is always a great sign of a good workplace :)

Mentally torturing due to toxic management. Abhorrent management style. Constant dictatorship. High staff turn over rate. No growth. Pathetic pay. They have no shame to admit that they don't care about employee's well being. HR’s hands maybe tied but as soon you report to them, you become a threat to the company and your manager will try to get rid of you. Management has an extreme ego problem. Giving the benefit of doubt to HR here, they maybe able to do so much with seniority positions held by incompetent people.

Extremely stressfull company to work for.
The management is absolutely incompetent.
Signed contract of employement, start the job the bullying start, tried to force you to change your contract and benefit.
Absolutely no tools supplied expect some rags and a broom!
No PPE, ladder or tools supplied (NOT talking about hand tools here, tools that are a must for the completition of your work), still waiting 6 month after starting the role.
No support from management, morale get hit and you're being blame if workload is low.
They will use this to their advantage to push you out of the door.
The review will be way too long if I had to state everything wrong with this company.
Do yourself a favor, don't work for this company

I have worked for BGIS for 5 years and have found the company to be very accommodating and works collaborative in a fast paced environment.  All Managers are very approachable and happy to offer advice along the way.  Career progression, career development and redeployment are a priority for the business and they always strive to retain experienced employees.
The company is very welcoming and are always on the look out for new ideas and a "new way of doing things".
I have worked across multiple teams and have found the culture to be very friendly, welcoming and supportive of each other.

I've been with BGIS for 6 months and i feel that my role and the recruitment team have a great culture. Our team are honest, transparent, ideas and challenges are acknowledged and worked on.

During my time i haven already been exposed to multiple projects and see great change within the business. 

It is achievable to get a good work life balance within BGIS however there are busy times in the business within FM mobilisations
