Join a collaborative and student-focused Enrolment team at UniSQ, where you’ll play a key role in supporting students to start and succeed in their studies - multiple part-time or full-time opportunities available at our Toowoomba campus.

You’re a proactive and student-focused professional who enjoys helping others navigate important decisions with confidence. You bring a strong customer service mindset and take pride in delivering accurate, timely advice that makes a real difference to the student experience.

You communicate clearly and empathetically, tailoring your approach to meet individual needs, and you’re just as comfortable working across phone, email, chat and face-to-face interactions. You’re organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality.

You’re a collaborative team player while also being confident to use your initiative and judgement to resolve enquiries and know when to escalate more complex matters. Most importantly, you’re motivated by contributing to positive student outcomes and supporting access to higher education.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be at the frontline of the student journey, providing enrolment support that helps students to successfully commence and progress in their studies. You’ll deliver accurate, timely and student-centred enrolment advice across multiple channels, contributing to a seamless and positive experience.

Working in a collaborative team, you’ll handle a high volume of enquiries, aiming for first point resolution while effectively triaging more complex matters.

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll develop capability in enrolment systems and procedures, knowledge of programs and build confidence in interpreting policy and providing tailored, compliant advice. You’ll also contribute to improving processes and supporting more efficient ways of working to enhance the student experience.

This role offers a strong foundation to grow your expertise in student administration and progress within the higher education sector.

What will help you succeed

Customer service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, ideally across multiple channels (phone, email, chat and face-to-face).
Clear communication skills and ability to explain complex information simply.
Strong organisational skills and initiative to manage competing priorities and maintain accuracy while meeting deadlines.
Accuracy and attention to detail when applying policies and procedures.
Problem solving skills and sound judgement, including when to escalate.
Confidence using administrative systems and working across multiple digital platforms.
A collaborative student focused approach.

A Certificate or Diploma qualification and subsequent relevant work experience in student administration, customer service or a related field will be highly regarded or an alternate combination of experience and education.

Term: Full-time continuing appointment (36 hours/week) or Part-time continuing appointment (18 hours/week)

Salary: Total full-time remuneration range $89,952 to $95,555 pa (includes salary range of $75,861 to $80,586 pa, employer super contributions of 17% and annual leave loading)
