The Opportunity:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced customer service professional to lead our Retail team and deliver exceptional experiences to visitors and customers.

As the Team Lead – Customer Service Retail, you will play a key role in leading front-line operations, coaching a high-performing team, and ensuring every customer interaction reflects excellence.

You will also play a key role in managing customer orders, enquiries, and complaints, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and timely resolution. With a strong focus on continuous improvement, you will identify opportunities to streamline processes and enhance the end-to-end customer journey.

About the Role

In this leadership role, you will:

Lead, coach and support a team of customer service professionals to deliver outstanding service
Drive a positive, customer-focused culture aligned with organisational values
Oversee daily retail operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery
Monitor performance and provide ongoing feedback and development opportunities
Resolve customer enquiries and escalations in a professional and timely manner
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve service delivery

About You

You are an engaging leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys supporting others to succeed. You bring:

Proven experience in customer service, ideally within retail or hospitality
Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
You are motivated by delivering exceptional service outcomes and are committed to driving continuous improvement within your team.
Knowledge of AML/KYC regulations is advantageous, but not essential.
