Initial 6 month fixed-term contract with possibility to become permanent

About the Role

A well-established organisation with offices in the Hills area is seeking an experienced EUC / Endpoint Engineer and O365 Administrator to join their ICT team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

This hands-on role combines endpoint engineering, Microsoft 365 administration and Level 2 support, with a strong focus on Intune and device management projects. You will play a key role in delivering Phase 2 of a Microsoft Intune rollout and supporting a large-scale laptops deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide Level 2 support across Windows 10/11 and endpoint environments
Administer and support Microsoft Intune, autopilot, Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and automation workflows
Provide administration and support across Active Directory and Group Policy (GPO) environments
Perform application packaging, deployment and lifecycle management using SCCM and Intune
Contribute to Phase 2 Intune rollout activities including policy development, deployment and optimisation
Work collaboratively with the ICT team to support day-to-day operations and project delivery
Maintain accurate documentation and ticket updates
Assist with escalations and shared support responsibilities during peak periods

About You

You are a practical, delivery-focused engineer who is comfortable balancing BAU support with project-based work in a fast-paced environment.
You will bring:

Strong experience with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager (MDM)
Experience with SCCM including application packaging, deployment and updates
Solid Windows 10/11 Level 2 troubleshooting experience
Experience working within managed SOE environments
Good experience with Azure AD and Microsoft 365 administration
Ability to communicate effectively with non-technical users
Strong organisation and prioritisation skills
Experience with AI and Power Apps development highly regarded
Previous experience working in the Education industry a plus
Current driver’s license and access to a vehicle
