We are looking for someone to join the team who is energetic, enthusiastic and actively seeking that next all important opportunity. A strong customer service focus, a keen desire to learn and an ability to actively contribute to a team is essential for success in this role. As a Biscit Consultant, you will participate in consulting engagements and assume responsibility for performing implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables.

As a member of our team, your tasks will include:

Building relationships with Clients
Listening to clients and translating their business needs to functional solutions
Providing advice on industry ‘best practice’ while taking into account a Client’s specific requirements
Preparing quality, comprehensive Design Documentation for proposed solutions
Implementing & delivering systems based on above
Quality analysis on solutions
Troubleshooting systems for/ with Clients
Provide formal and informal training for Clients
Work effectively in a team to achieve common goals
Actively participate in daily and adhoc team meetings
Engage in continuous education at a technical and industry level

Highly desired competencies for this role include:

Track record of leadership and mentoring
Passion for understanding processes and creating solutions
Strong problem solving and analytical skills
Methodical, organised and process driven
Ability to manage many competing priorities
Effectively communicate (oral and written) with various stakeholders
Solid understanding of financial concepts, Tertiary qualification an advantage
10+ years consulting experience in the ERP
Ideally experience with or knowledge of Epicor ERP, or other equivalent ERP
