About the Opportunity

Are you organised, detail-oriented, and love providing exceptional customer service? Our Medical Reception team in Nowra support a wide variety of patients, speak with our doctors and referrers over the phone, as well as manage phone and computer bookings.

We are currently seeking a dedicated Medical Receptionist to join our clinic on a Fixed Term contract till Mid-Feb 2027. This is a Monday - Friday Full-Time position. You will be required to work between the Nowra and Ulladulla clinics.

As a Medical Receptionist, you will:

Be the first point of contact for patients, handling face-to-face and phone registrations, bookings, triage, and queries.
Manage payments, issue receipts, and handle billing and invoicing.
Operate our booking system efficiently.
