More than a job: a mission
We’re looking for a Project Administrator who is organised and proactive to provide efficient administrative and planning support to Project Managers and project team members, based in a CBD location. This role plays a key part in supporting the successful delivery of projects and business improvement initiatives across the organisation. You will act as a central point of coordination, ensuring project administration, documentation, and processes are managed accurately and efficiently in a fast‑paced project environment. You’ll work alongside people who show up with ownership, passion, and dedication — because they know what’s at stake: the journey home.
Your role, your impact
- Providing day‑to‑day administrative and planning support to Project Managers.
- Managing project correspondence, documentation, and reporting inputs.
- Supporting project inductions, onboarding, and competency compliance for employees and subcontractors.
- Coordinating invoicing, purchase requisitions (SAP), stock movements, and subcontractor timesheets.
- Managing project office operations, including visitor reception, room bookings, and office supplies.
- Acting as a key link between internal teams (HR, Finance, Project Teams) and external customers and suppliers.
You’ll work with sharp, committed teams across Altom — solving complex challenges that shape the future of mobility.
What you bring
You are a highly organised and proactive administrator with experience supporting projects in a fast‑paced environment. You take pride in accuracy, collaboration, and delivering results.
- Several years’ experience in a project administration preferred or similar support role.
- Strong administrative capability with excellent attention to detail.
- Advanced IT skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Sound organisation, planning, and time‑management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to support multiple stakeholders.
- A customer‑focused, action‑oriented mindset.
- The ability to use initiative, solve problems, and make objective decisions within scope.
- Resilience and professionalism in a demanding work environment.
