Yatu Group Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Refinish Paint Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in Bankstown, NSW. As a Sales Rep., you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. This full-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success and growth of our organisation.

What you'll be doing

Actively prospecting and generating new sales leads
Conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations to potential clients
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers
Providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns
Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
Collaborating with the wider sales and marketing teams to implement effective strategies
Staying up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitive landscape

What we're looking for

Proven track record in sales, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Driven, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a passion for sales
Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
