Your Opportunity

This role is suited to a highly organised and service-focused professional who will support the Learning and Development function through administrative and coordination tasks that contribute to the organisation’s overall learning and development strategy.

Reporting to the Manager of Learning and Development, you will play a key role in providing effective administration support to the function.

With a high degree of autonomy, this role suit someone who is highly organised, detailed-oriented, and proactive in their approach.

Location: Osborne Park (with an exciting upcoming move to the CBD in Q3)

Your Key Responsibilities

Prepare monthly reports and statistical data.
Maintain accurate employee training compliance records and proactively follow up on outstanding or overdue training requirements when relevant.
Manage the end-to-end booking of training, including raising Purchase Orders’s, liaising with training vendors and participants and receipting invoices.
Monitor the Learning and Development and training inbox, responding to requests for training bookings, training records, compliance queries, and general enquiries in a timely and customer-focused manner.
Support the Onboarding process for new employees, including assigning online inductions.
Process and track training funding.
Provide administration support to Primero’s Learning programs, including Apprentice, Graduate and Leadership Programs.
Provide effective administrative support to the function and identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and service delivery.

What You ‘Can Do’

Skills and qualifications that are essential to the role

Experience in an administrative or coordination role, preferably within Learning & Development, Human Resources, or a similar environment
High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, reporting, and record keeping
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to provide high-quality customer service to internal stakeholders, with strong time management and prioritisation skills.
