Global Medics AU is seeking experienced Recruitment Consultants

Global Medics AU is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced Recruitment Consultants to be part of our next phase of growth.

As a trusted leader in medical recruitment across Australasia, we offer the opportunity to take ownership of established, high-performing desks, build on strong client and candidate relationships, and drive further success through strategic business development.

This is a true 360 role where you’ll have the autonomy to make your mark, grow your desk, and be rewarded for your results in a fast-paced and highly lucrative market.

What will you be doing?

As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a key role in connecting healthcare providers with top talent while growing and managing your own desk. You will:

Take full ownership of an established desk, nurturing existing relationships while driving new business growth
Source, screen, and place candidates into both locum and permanent roles across Australia
Build and maintain strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organisations
Identify new opportunities, negotiate terms, and secure client agreements
Deliver exceptional service while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Collaborate with your team to share insights and contribute to overall business success
Stay across market trends and position yourself as a trusted expert in your space

What will you bring to the role?

Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant within healthcare
A strong track record in 360 recruitment, including business development and account management
Confident communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Drive, resilience, and the ability to perform in a target-driven environment
A commercial mindset with a proactive approach to growth
High levels of professionalism, integrity, and accountability
Knowledge of healthcare compliance requirements is highly regarded
