The Role
Every customer relationship begins with trust — and this role is about building that trust. As a Sea Logistics Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of Kuehne+Nagel to our clients, driving new business opportunities while strengthening existing partnerships.
You’ll combine market knowledge with customer insight to deliver tailored logistics solutions that meet diverse needs. From prospecting and presentations to negotiations and closing deals, you’ll ensure our sea logistics services stand out in a competitive market.

Responsibilities
- Drive business growth: Identify, pursue, and secure new customers in sea logistics.
- Strengthen partnerships: Manage and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver solutions: Present and negotiate tailored logistics offerings that align with customer needs and KN’s operating model.
- Collaborate internally: Work closely with Customer Care and Operational Care teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Achieve targets: Meet or exceed sales and revenue objectives while maintaining profitability.
- Market insight: Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to position KN strategically.
- Customer excellence: Resolve issues proactively and ensure a positive customer experience at every touchpoint.
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of sea freight forwarding and logistics solutions.
- Proven sales experience in logistics or supply chain.
- Commercial drive with ability to meet revenue targets.
- Familiarity with KN’s operating model preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build trust and long‑term relationships.
