About the Role
As Head of Faculty – Visual Arts, you will:
- Lead a highly engaged team of educators delivering innovative programs across Visual Arts, Design, Photographic and Digital Media
- Drive best-practice pedagogy and curriculum innovation aligned with NESA and International Baccalaureate frameworks
- Inspire students to experiment, take creative risks, and develop a deep understanding of the world through the creative arts
- Build a culture of professional learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Faculty
- Contribute to the School’s broader academic strategy and leadership community
You will be both a highly skilled classroom practitioner and a strategic leader, committed to delivering outstanding learning outcomes and fostering a culture where students and staff flourish.

The role will be offered as an ongoing teaching role with an initial 3 year fixed-term leadership contract. The role attracts the relevant teaching salary depending on accreditation level (between $99,803 - $140,989) and a Leadership Level 2 Allowance.
