About the Job
At Ingenico, one of our core behaviours is One Global Team. We're bringing this to life by introducings a new role into our global marketing functions. Based in Sydney, you will own and execute the APAC marketing strategy, translating global priorities into clear, actionable plans that drive pipeline, demand, and customer acquisition.

Most importantly, this role is a chance to shape how our brand and our next gen payments products shows up across a region full of opportunity.

About the Team and Culture
You’ll join a global community of experts who care about collaboration, creativity, and genuine connection. While you’ll be the marketing lead for APAC, you won’t be working alone. You’ll partner with central functions in our Head Office in France, global product and sales teams, and marketing colleagues across EMEA and Americas. This role reports into the CMO in Atlanta U.S.A and works with the APAC Managing Director and GTM Lead who are both based in Sydney.

Plan and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, events, partnerships, and field marketing
Work closely with the GTM Lead, Product Team and Sales Teams
Design and execute regional programs that support demand generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
Develop thought leadership assets including blogs, case studies, and flagship events
Find creative ways for the brand to punch above its weight in share of voice and industry buzz in APAC
Collaborate with communications, PR, marketing partners, and payment associations to identify hot topics and emerging trends
Deliver regular performance updates to stakeholders, highlighting outcomes, learnings, and opportunities for improvement

What Will You Bring?
You’re a marketer who blends creativity with commercial impact and strong GTM experience. You know how to plan, execute, and measure campaigns that move the needle. You understand how to work with product, sales teams and cross functional stakeholders, and importantly, experience marketing into APAC (and Japan would be helpful)

Here’s what sets you apart:

Broad marketing experience in fintech and or payments technology
Strength in demand generation, digital marketing, events (E.g. trade) in B2B and large enterprise marketing
Data driven with a focus on performance and measurable outcomes
Ability to simplify complex ideas and craft clear, relevant storytelling
Curiosity about new digital tools and how AI can elevate marketing
Empathy, resilience, and a collaborative approach
A passion for creating messages that truly resonate with customers
