Why the role

We have a fantastic opportunity for a Legal Secretary with experience to support our dynamic Sydney office. The successful candidate will be employed on a full-time basis joining our support team.

What does a standard week look like?

Duties will vary but you can expect to spend time across the following:

Document management (organisation and filing on electronic files)
Management of billing process, including e-billing
Entering disbursements and sundry accounts (Elite3E)
Client reporting
Drafting court documents, court filing, arranging service of documents
Compiling e-briefs to counsel and other experts
Word processing
Drafting, editing and despatching letters
Drafting and submitting relevant Medicare / Centrelink forms
Arranging medical appointments
Opening and closing files
Arranging interstate travel
