We're looking for an experienced, customer-focused Senior Front of House Team Member to join our bakery family in Echuca.
This is more than just a casual role. We're looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. For the right person, this position offers the opportunity to grow into a permanent Part-Time or Full-Time leadership role as the business continues to grow.
As the face of Beechworth Bakery, you'll help create memorable experiences for our customers while supporting the day-to-day success of our front-of-house team.
This role requires availability to work shifts between 6:00am and 6:00pm, including at least one day each weekend.
From helping customers find their favourite slice to sharing the story behind our famous Bee Sting, you'll be a key part of delivering the warm, welcoming experience we're known for.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Deliver exceptional customer service with warmth and enthusiasm.
- Prepare and serve food and beverages while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Handle customer transactions accurately.
- Share your product knowledge and make recommendations to customers.
- Support and encourage team members during busy service periods.
- Lead by example, helping create a positive, efficient and welcoming workplace.
- Work closely with bakery leadership to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
What We’re Looking For:
- A customer-focused all-rounder who’s positive and proactive
- Barista experience, or keen willingness to learn and great customer skills
- Ability to take initiative and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work at least one day on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays, along with weekdays.
