Centurion Relationship Managers curate luxury travel and lifestyle experiences for our Centurion Members.

Centurion Membership offers Card Members access to a world few will ever experience. Our Centurion Members have a dedicated Relationship Manager, someone who can personalise features and benefits to deliver the finest experiences.

To succeed in this role, you will be:

An experienced Travel Agent/Consultant with extensive knowledge of the retail travel industry
Skilled in using Global Distribution Systems (GDS), ideally Sabre
Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
Detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and precision in every interaction and booking
Well-articulated with strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting clear, professional, and engaging correspondence
A natural relationship builder, confident in inspiring and delighting Centurion Members
A problem-solver, resourceful and confident in finding solutions quickly
Knowledgeable about luxury products, including airlines, hotels, retail, dining, theatre, fashion, sports, and events
