The Forklogic team are seeking an organised and customer-focused
Service Coordinator to join our team based in
Somersby on the Central Coast.
Reporting to the
Branch Manager, this role is central to the day-to-day coordination of service operations, ensuring customers receive timely updates, technicians are efficiently scheduled, and service work is processed accurately.
About The Role
This is a busy and varied coordination role where you’ll work closely with technicians, customers, suppliers and internal teams to keep service operations running efficiently.
You’ll manage service scheduling, customer communication, quotations, invoicing and administration while supporting the delivery of high-quality customer outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and scheduling field and workshop service technicians
- Managing customer enquiries, service bookings and job updates
- Creating customer quotes, supplier purchase orders and receipting invoices
- Maintaining and processing service jobs, timecards, service quotes and job cards
- Invoicing completed service work and maintaining accurate records in BasePlan
About You
You’re organised, adaptable and confident working in a fast-paced service environment where communication and prioritisation are critical.
You will bring:
- Previous coordination or administration experience within a service-based environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to prioritise competing workloads and think on your feet
- Experience coordinating trades, technicians or operational teams
- Strong computer skills with experience using systems and Microsoft Office
