Join Our Growing Team – Lawn Mowing Offsider Wanted!
We’re expanding again and looking for a reliable and motivated Lawn Mowing Offsider to join our professional crew. This is a great entry-level opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in doing a quality job, and wants to grow their career in the lawn and garden care industry.
As an offsider, you'll work directly alongside an experienced Crew Leader, assisting with all aspects of lawn mowing and garden maintenance on a wide variety of residential and commercial properties. You won’t be expected to work alone or manage job runs independently—this is a team-based role with full support, training, and development.
Ideally, we wish to hire someone who wants a long-term position, with a view to moving into a Crew Leader role in time.
The position starts as casual, with the opportunity to move into a permanent role after a successful trial period.

We service some of Toowoomba’s most high-end properties, so attention to detail and a professional attitude are essential.
Beyond mowing, our services include turf laying, lawn renovations, weed control, and diagnosis of lawn issues. There's real potential for upskilling and career progression, including movement into specialist or leadership roles over time.

What We’re Looking For:
- Manual driver's licence (essential)
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to follow instructions and work well within a team
- Attention to detail (mention cylinder mowing in your cover letter to show this!)
- Physically fit and able to handle a hands-on, outdoor job
- Experience in mowing or landscaping is a bonus, but not essential
