About the role
Our Perth office has an exciting opportunity for a Legal Office Junior to join our team. Reporting to the Office Manager, this role will act as the first point of contact for clients of the firm, in addition to covering Legal Secretaries' leave and supporting them with overflow work.
You will have a varied workload and some of your responsibilities will include:
- Reception duties, including answering phones, responding to enquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate person
- Providing support to legal secretaries
- Collating briefs to Counsel
- Preparing general correspondence
- Photocopying and filing
Collections and deliveries in the CBD

About you
This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) entry-level position and would suit a recent school leaver who is looking to start their Legal Secretary career at a highly regarded national law firm. Previous experience in a legal or other professional services environment and/or a Certificate in Business & Administration/Business & Legal will be highly regarded, but is not essential. The key skills and attributes we are looking for in a successful candidate include:
