- Commencement Salary: $87,955 per annum (plus 17% superannuation)

About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: System Development, Integration & Reporting, you will be pivotal in managing the University’s Work Integrated Learning (WIL) placement system. You will coordinate student administration systems and provide timely support, while leading user training and managing training content. Additionally, you will represent InPlace at WIL working groups and foster key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About the Student and Academic Services Unit
The Student and Academic Services (SAS) Unit provides senior leadership, guidance and services which enable the University to maximise the success and experience of all UniSA students. Acting as a key partner and facilitator with academic units, and working collaboratively with other central units, SAS is responsible for the development and maintenance of student facing services, policy, information systems and procedural frameworks. The Unit coordinates and provides quality assurance for a number of University functions including student support, admissions, enrolments, research candidature, examinations, graduations, student finance and scholarships.

Essential Skills and Experience

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent skills and knowledge at an appropriate level and a demonstrated commitment to the further development and enhancement of knowledge and skills

Demonstrated ability to manage complex information systems and processes through the use of highly developed analytical and information management skills, a high degree of computer literacy and the ability to troubleshoot system related problems using available tools such as database reporting tools and Microsoft software applications

Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiation skills, including the ability to work with technical, academic and administrative staff at all levels of the organisation

Demonstrated oral and written communication skills including experience in developing and providing training

Well-developed problem-solving skills, including the ability to be innovative and creative in providing advice and generating solutions
