Additional Information:

These roles are Permanent Part-time, 50hrs/fortnight.
There will be future roles that are advertised for our Christmas peak period, please put in your expression of interest if you are also interested in these potential positions.
The internal job title for this role is Fulfilment Operations Co-worker
You must have availability to work Monday to Sunday 3:00am- 10:00am (Replenishment Co-worker)
You must have availability to work Monday to Sunday 6:00am - 9:30pm (Warehouse Co-worker)
As our store operates 7 days per week, you must have the availability to work a rotating roster with a mix of day and evening shifts. You also have the availability to work 3 out of 4 weekends in a month (both Saturday and Sunday).
If your application is progressed, you will be invited to a Group Assessment Centre or Hiring Event.

About this work area

As a Fulfilment Operations Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Picking, packing and checking of products in line with in-store and/or online customer orders within set KPIs.
Actively contributing to highest goods availability by ensuring accurate replenishment of your assigned area to maintain stock levels and meet the needs of our customers.
Ensuring IKEA Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) rules and guidelines are followed throughout the process to ensure the safety of both customers and colleagues.
Using different types of forklifts and machines to complete fulfilment operations tasks.
Storing, retrieving, replenishment and internal transportation of stock within the warehouse.
Supporting the wider fulfilment operations team with tasks where required.

Ability to collaborate, yet also be able to work independently.

A safe mindset, and being comfortable with physical work and manual handling, including heavy, repetitive lifting.
