At MPC Solutions we are seeking an experienced Process Technician to join our team on a full time basis.
As a Process Technician with MPC Solutions , you will be responsible for operating and maintaining a range of equipment across sites to help improve productivity, plant performance, and safe operations within processing plants across Western Australia.
What you'll be doing
· Operate and maintain MPC Solutions equipment to improve safety and productivity
· perform routine inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks to identify and resolve operational issues
· Immediately report equipment faults to prevent further deterioration
· Collect and analyse process data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
· Operating MPC Solutions equipment leased on clients sites to keep sites clean and hazard free, helping prevent conveyors and process plant equipment damage
· Using our Vacuum excavation trucks, mini remote controlled loaders, pressure washer, bob cat and more to maintain plant cleanliness and operational efficiency
· Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
· Provide support and guidance to less experienced team members
· Contribute to the development and implementation of standard operating procedure
What we're looking for
· Minimum 3 years' experience as a Process Technician in Gold Processing Plants,
· Strong understanding of mineral processing principles and equipment operation - Crusher, Mills, CIL, Elution Circuit, thickner, tails
· Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs and other technical documentation
· Experience using remote controlle loaders, IT loader, bob cat, miner processing plant cleanup
· Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
· Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
· Effective communication and teamwork skills
Roster and more:
· Fly-in fly-out from Perth or DIDO – Project based work - various rosters 8/6, 15/13 or 2/2 uneven roster at times depending on project
· Full time contract
· Fantastic site camp with wet/dry mess, basketball court, gym and recreation rooms.
· Delicious on-site food catering
