Twomeys is a progressive accounting and financial planning firm with offices across regional NSW and the ACT. We’re currently recruiting two Client Service Officers – one based in Young and one in Fyshwick – to join our welcoming and professional team.
Whilst this is essentially an entry-level position, this is not a generic reception role. It’s a varied, hands-on position for someone who is well presented, adaptable, and enjoys juggling multiple priorities while supporting both clients and team members.

About the Role
As a Client Service Officer, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming clients and managing front-of-house reception.
- Answering and directing phone calls with confidence and professionalism.
- General administration support across accounting and financial planning teams.
- Managing correspondence, data entry and document processing.
- Exposure to bookkeeping, corporate compliance and taxation administration as your skills develop.
- Supporting a variety of office and client service tasks as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, can cope well with changing priorities, and wants to become multi‑skilled in professional services, not just front desk duties.
About You
We’re less concerned about formal qualifications and more interested in who you are.
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
- A friendly, confident and professional manner.
- Some experience in customer service or administration (retail/hospitality/reception welcome).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to work.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook).
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- The ability to work well in a team and follow processes.
